Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time, evening-shift role. 2:00pm to 10:30pm, 48 hours per bi-weekly pay period, with rotating weekends and holidays. Eligible for a sign-on bonus if requirements are met.

Minnesota LPN license required. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care in LTC, document care, administer meds, and collaborate with the care team to support residents’ health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain resident health and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
