Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time evening shifts in our long-term care facility. You will provide professional nursing care under supervision, administer medications, and support residents in a compassionate Christian environment.

The role requires MN LPN licensure, a nursing program degree, and eligibility for IV therapy where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• IV therapy/management training may be required where applicable (North Dakota).
• Minimum 400 hours of supervised clinical experience or equivalent.
• Current unencumbered LPN license and ongoing CEU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to plan and evaluate care.
• Document resident care, outcomes, and communications with residents and families.
