Job summary
Minnesota Veterans Home-Bemidji is seeking an LPN to deliver person-centered nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and work within the LPN scope of practice.
This part-time evening shift involves ensuring quality care, documentation, and collaboration with the care team. A new hire bonus of $2,500 may apply, and benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid
Qualifications
- Licensed in Minnesota as a Practical Nurse with no restrictions and in good standing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to be certified by hire date.
- Computer skills sufficient to complete electronic charting, specifically in PointClickCare.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered nursing care for residents in a long-term care environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a practitioner under RN direction.
- Deliver care within the LPN scope of practice as defined by laws and regulations.
