Job summary

Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in an assisted living setting under supervision. Part-time, evening shifts, 24 hours weekly.

This role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current LPN licensure; long-term/sub-acute care experience is preferred. Eligible for a $6,000 bonus and a $3.00 premium added to every hour worked.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school/college of nursing leading to licensure as LPN.
• Long term care, sub-acute care, medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Specific services/positions may have additional education, training, or experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in assisted living under supervision of a RN, APN, or physician.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and maintain age/population appropriate standards.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality as part of an interdisciplinary team.
