Job summary
Westridge Healthcare Center in Terre Haute, IN is seeking licensed nurses for the evening shift to provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents, under physician guidance and facility standards. You will supervise unit staff, develop and update each resident's plan of care, and ensure daily assignments align with training and resident needs.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with Indiana license in good standing.
- Prefer at least one year of Long Term Care experience.
- Ability to stand, bend and lift as required for resident care.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage personnel on the unit.
- Provide total care for all residents on the unit and supervise direct care staff.
- Review daily nursing assignments to ensure alignment with ability and training.
- Initiate and update the nursing care plans for residents.
