Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost, guest service and food quality.

The role requires ensuring operations run smoothly, supervising shifts, and maintaining Wingstop standards for cleanliness, service, and appearance. Wingstop offers growth opportunities, flexible schedules, and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Assist the crew with guest service to ensure a friendly, welcoming experience.
• Prepare and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Ensure cash handling and daily deposits are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness and food quality to Wingstop standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training.
• Achieve company objectives in service quality and appearance of the facility through training of employees while creating a positive working environment.
• Meet scheduling requirements, cover all shifts where it is needed to ensure operations go undisturbed, Follow up with the store manager for any callouts or no-shows.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are done by scheduled times, controlling costs by ordering what we need.
• Inspect equipment daily and keep the temp log updated.
• Inspect all products to ensure correct unit count and condition; report discrepancies with the store manager.
• Be prepared for QSC, ensuring cleanliness, procedures and equipment are maintained to standard.
