Job summary

Wingstop is seeking excellent assistant manager candidates to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

You will supervise and support the crew, ensure opening/closing procedures, manage scheduling, inventory, and chicken counts, and uphold a safe, welcoming environment that delivers Wingstop

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead a small team and train staff.
• Familiarity with cash handling and safe procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership with the store manager to hit sales, cost and service targets.
• Meet scheduling needs, cover shifts, and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Manage weekly deliveries and inventory, control costs, and ensure product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards and policies.
• Address guest concerns and ensure a positive flavor experience.
