Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee in Massachusetts is seeking a Morning Shift Leader to guide crew during a 4am–3pm window, ensuring quick, friendly guest service and adherence to brand standards.

You will coach team members, assign tasks, monitor performance, and celebrate successes while providing timely feedback to drive daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or shift-leader experience.
• Ability to coach and motivate crew members.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Morning availability from 4am to 3pm.

• Set goals, assign tasks, and give timely feedback.

This position is a morning shift, which will be 6 to 8 hours and will be during the hours of 4am - 3pm.
