Job summary

HTC Automotive Repair in Boulder is seeking a strong automotive technician to lead our evening shift. You’ll diagnose and repair vehicles, direct the night crew, and support customer communication when advisors are unavailable.

Lead-technician or foreman experience is welcome, ASE certifications are a plus. You’ll build a reliable team, ensure quality-control, and leave clear handoffs for the next shift while developing the crew and workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and repair ability.
• Experience helping other technicians and leading a crew is a plus.
• Ability to explain next steps clearly and teach others.
• Comfort with customer communication and digital work orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evening shift and oversee diagnostics and repairs.
• Direct the crew, communicate with customers when advisors unavailable.
• Coordinate parts, approvals, and completion expectations.
• Ensure quality-control and vehicle-release procedures.
• Provide handoff to next shift.
