Job summary

Starbucks in Walcott Township, North Dakota is hiring a Shift Lead for a fun, fast-paced cafe team. Starting pay is $16.00/hour plus a $1.00 weekend premium, with available shifts 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM.

You will lead and coach the team during each shift, set the standard for great customer service, handle questions and cash, maintain a clean, welcoming store, and ensure the shift runs smoothly by leading by example. Weekend and holidays are required.
