Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Shift Lead to join our team at the Iowa location. This role leads the team on shift, coaches colleagues, and ensures a high level of customer service while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 weekend premium. Available shifts include 1:00 PM–9:30 PM or 3:00 PM–9:30 PM; weekends and holidays are required. Prior leadership and cash-handling experience are a plus, with strong communication skills a must.
