Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a reliable haul truck operator to transport materials around our site. You will perform pre-operational checks, basic maintenance, and follow safety protocols to keep equipment and personnel safe.

The role requires strong communication with team members and supervisors, flexibility to adapt to changing tasks, and the ability to troubleshoot common equipment issues. Starting pay is $22.98 per hour DOE, with competitive benefits.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
