Job summary

Keystone Industries is seeking a Production/Machine Operator - Filling for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm), on-site in Gibbstown, NJ. The role involves reading batch cards, following recipes, and operating filling equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.

Prior production and filling experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and GMP compliance. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 40 lb, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent with the English language; read and follow recipes or instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, read measurements.
• Mechanical aptitude and hand/eye coordination are required.
• Ability to lift 40 lb cartons and handle weights as part of production.

Responsibilities

• Read batch cards and record information in Access and AX systems.
• Fulfill work orders and meet order demands under supervision.
• Start machines and assist with equipment adjustments to maintain quality.
• Monitor production and ensure safe, efficient operation and product quality.
