The ideal candidate has prior lead and cleanroom experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) on-site. Salary ranges from $23–$27 hourly based on experience.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year+ experience in production/manufacturing.
• Strong documentation skills; GMP/GDP batch card handling.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Solid math skills for unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of Operators during shift operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of batch controllers, lines, tanks, and packaging equipment.
• Manage preparation and filling of liquid batches according to procedures.
• Weigh materials and document batch cards per GMP standards for cleanroom operations.
• Read and complete batch cards accurately, ensuring traceability.
• Fill liquid batches and monitor production to meet requirements.
