Job summary

Innovation Foods is seeking a Filler Operator in Millville, NJ. The role involves operating filling equipment to ensure accurate filling and packaging of products, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience. Shift is 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with a 2-2-3 schedule; pay is $19.00 per hour and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Experience operating filling equipment and CIP/SIP processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating filling equipment to fill, cap, seal, label, and package products according to specifications.
• Maintain adequate supplies of packaging materials, including cartons and caps.
• Support production flow by clearing jams, spills, and manually operating equipment when necessary.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food quality regulations (GMP, HACCP, FDA, SQF) and perform basic quality checks.
