Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
Ensure timely and efficient meal service, managing food production and presentation
Collaborate with dietary staff to plan and execute special events and functions
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Effectively communicate with others to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous cooking experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
