Job summary

Claremore Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Claremore, OK is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing team. You'll assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, deliver meals, and support mobility, ensuring resident comfort and safety.

This full-time role offers 6am-6pm shifts with a 3-4 day workweek, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and deliver meals to patients.
• Help patients with personal hygiene and mobility, including bedpans, baths, and showers.
• Provide additional care such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and build genuine relationships with residents, families and co-workers.

A CNA’s primary responsibility is to assist their patients with daily living activities. Whether that be checking vitals, delivering meals, or assisting with patient mobility, the ideal candidate for this job makes the care of residents their top priority.

Available Shift: 6am-6pm ( You will have 3-4 days off per week with 12-hour rotating shifts)

• Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun
• Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Assist with daily living activities. You deliver meals to patients, providing plenty of fresh water and extra nourishment between meals.
• Help patients with personal hygiene. Provide patients with bedpans and help with baths, shampoos, and showers; dress, turn, and assist patients with mobility.
• Provide additional care for the patient, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record daily information in the residents’ chart.

Required Experience and Education

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care environment is preferred.
