Job summary

Apploi's Memory Care Center at Emerald in Claremore, OK is hiring a CNA Night Shift to provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document care, and collaborate with the nursing team. The role is hourly, full-time, with a 3pm-11pm shift, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
• Physical ability to lift and move residents and perform required tasks.
• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs as directed and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions in electronic health records.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and providing companionship to enhance quality of life.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive care.

Shift Available: 3pm-11pm, M-F

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.

• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.

• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.

• Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.

• Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.

• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
