Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking an Evening Shift Care Giver to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support and encourage clients, helping with skill-building activities and community outings to advance personal goals outside the home.

We offer full and part-time positions, paid training, flexible schedules, and a quick virtual interview process. Join a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in recipients’ lives.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
