Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities and community outings to grow personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay and a virtual interview process to streamline hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in clients’ homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and personal goals.
• Accompany recipients to community activities and outings.
