Primavera Casa Paloma Women’s Residence seeks a Shelter Operations Specialist for the 2nd shift (5:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.) to maintain a peaceful, safe environment and support residents and volunteers.

Will work with a team, follow guidelines, and ensure documentation and safety procedures are followed. The role requires evening availability, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to helping residents obtain housing and income opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Experience with people facing homelessness or mental health concerns preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including database programs.

Responsabilités

• Interact with participants, volunteers, and staff professionally.
• Assist with orientation and welcome participants to residential setting.
• Cross-train inResidential Team Member duties and provide coverage as needed.
• Support daily shelter operations including laundry, maintenance, and perimeter checks.
• Complete required paperwork and log participant information accurately.
• Keep shelter guidelines and environment peaceful and safe.
