Qualifications

• Experience in social services or with homelessness is preferred.
• Active church/prayer life and alignment with faith-based mission.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of shelter events and incidents.
• Oversee guest communication, phone messages, and reception duties.
• Ensure safety, monitor hazards, and respond to emergencies.
• Assist guests with clothing and hygiene items and coordinate resources.
