Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing screening, intake, and orientation of new families
• Maintain safety and program rules with a trauma-informed approach
• Monitor site security and conduct interior/exterior checks during shift
• Respond to on-call emergencies
• Document critical incidents and safety issues
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas; complete nightly room checks
• Coordinate orientation of new clients entering the program
• Provide emergency crisis management to families

• Prepare and deliver performance reviews per deadlines and policies
