Qualifications

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
• Communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Possess exceptional grooming habits.
• Have excellent basic math skills and be able to operate a cash register or POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and greet them upon arriving at the table.
• Make all guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Be knowledgeable of meals and substitutions and make recommendations.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages, and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in our system.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
