Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Server for The Boulevard Senior Living in Wentzville, MO. The role runs 4:30pm–7:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday, with a pay range of $15–$22.75 per hour. You will greet residents, assist with dining service, and help maintain a warm, home-like environment.

Ideal candidates are 16+, fluent in English, active on their feet, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Arrow promotes from within and offers benefits and daily shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Read/write/speak English at 8th grade level.
• Positive energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and help residents connect.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for meals, and roll silverware.
• Buss and clean tables to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Communicate dietary observations or changes to supervisors.
