Arrow Senior Living in Wentzville, MO is seeking a Part-Time Server to welcome residents, deliver meals, and maintain a clean dining area in a home-like setting.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, clear English communication, and a positive, energetic attitude. Shifts are Fridays and Saturdays, 7:00am–3:00pm, with competitive hourly pay and benefits for Part-Time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with seating, meal service, and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff as needed.
• Support residents during meals and assist after falls if required.
