Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking dedicated Caregivers to support residents in our Springfield, MO community on the evening shift (3pm – 11pm). This CMA/CMT role focuses on daily living activities, medication assistance, and compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• CMA license or two years experience as a Caregiver is required.
• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, general care).
• Manage medications as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or as needed.
