Merrill Gardens in Springfield, MO is seeking a Senior Living Caregiver CMA/CMT for the evening shift. This full-time on-site role supports residents with daily living activities and care, offering opportunities for career growth in a stable, family-like community.

Candidates should have CMA license or experience, be willing to obtain first aid/CPR and state-mandated training, and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and honesty in caring for seniors.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.

• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.

Our Caregivers

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.

If you are someone with:

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CMA license or two years previous experience as a Caregiver, but willing to train.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Physical Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
