Job summary

Generations is seeking caregivers to assist residents with daily activities in a caring, respectful manner. You will follow care plans, work with a team, and contribute to a safe living environment for seniors.

The role offers full-time, on-site work with benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, and ongoing training. Prior CNA/HHA certification is a plus, with CPR/First Aid training available on hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience as a Caregiver preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Follow resident care plans as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and document care as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high quality resident care.
