Job summary

Galloway Ridge is seeking a detail-oriented Security Officer to patrol the community, respond to emergencies and identify safety hazards, while performing reporting duties. The role supports multiple departments, including resident services, parking, maintenance, and healthcare support when needed. Hours are 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

• Must read, write and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Patrol community premises to prevent intrusions and secure doors, windows, and equipment.
• Confront unauthorized persons and coordinate with authorities when needed.
• Write daily activity reports and document irregularities.
• Provide resident services support, handle parking, tours, and maintenance tasks as needed.
