Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time PM Security Officer to join our team. This role requires weekend and holiday coverage, with duties including patrols, emergency response, life safety monitoring, and assisting guests with security needs.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English clearly and professionally.
• Ability to stand, walk and patrol for long periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and perimeter, observe for security risks and incidents.
• Coordinate emergency responses in a calm, safe manner.
• Maintain order and assist guests with door locks and safety concerns.
• Answer security lines and monitor alarms and CCTV as needed.
• Provide accurate information to guests and escort as required.
