The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a FT PM Security Officer for The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak. The role focuses on guest and team safety, patrolling the property, and responding to emergencies after normal business hours.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit and perform duties for the duration of the shift.
• Lift and carry up to 150 lbs as required by duties.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to identify hazards.
• Demonstrate teamwork and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior areas to identify security risks and disturbances.
• Coordinate emergency responses calmly and professionally.
• Answer security lines and respond to safety concerns promptly.
• Monitor life-safety systems and report alarms or incidents.
• Assist guests with door locks and safes when needed.
