Cambridge Security Services is seeking a reliable Armed Gatehouse Security Officer for an upscale Delray Beach country club community. Responsibilities include access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting, all while delivering exceptional customer service in a courteous, professional manner.

The role requires Florida D and G licenses, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background, drug, and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida Class D and G security licenses.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test.
• Ability to pass a mental health assessment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed patrols (foot/vehicle) inside and outside the property.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for constant site awareness.
• Respond to emergencies and disturbances, contacting authorities when needed.
• Verify guest/vendor credentials and monitor entrances/exits.
• Draft detailed incident and activity reports for management.
• Provide high-level customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
