Qualifications

• Must have Florida Class D and G licenses.

• Able to pass background screening and drug test.

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Respond to emergencies and disturbances.
• Verify guest credentials and monitor entrances.
• Prepare detailed incident reports.
• Provide high-level customer service to residents and guests.
• Act as a visual deterrent and maintain safety.
