Job summary

Responsibilities include logging incidents, coordinating EMS and law enforcement, monitoring CCTV and alarms, and ensuring proper entry controls for visitors and vendors. Evening shift required with potential overtime and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or enrolled and complete GED within six months.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; a skills test will be administered with at least 70% pass rate.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and radio messages for emergencies and other scenarios; log details.
• Direct responses via radio according to procedures.
• Screen non-team members and verify authorization for entry into BOH.
• Monitor CCTV and multiple radios; maintain logs and perform other duties as assigned.
