Wind Creek Wetumpka is seeking a dedicated Security/EMT Officer to safeguard guests, employees, and the casino property while providing emergency medical support. The role covers 7 PM to 3:30 AM shifts and may include weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or in progress within six months.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Two years’ experience in law enforcement, military, corrections or security OR two years EMT experience with 80% pass in basic Security Officer training.

Responsabilités

• Responds to medical scenes and assesses situations.
• Takes charge of all medical emergencies on arrival and documents as needed.
• Trains peers in medical gear usage on an assist basis.
• Inventory and document Trauma bags at shift start and end, and daily drug test inventory.
• Conducts meetings after changes in medical procedures or major incidents.
• Inspects AED and oxygen supplies per schedule and completes related paperwork.
• Checks IDs, prevents theft, controls crowds and safety for guests and employees.
• Escorts employees and guests; provides guest service and head counting.
• Writes incident reports; reports violations of policies and procedures.
• Communicates emergency procedures via radio; patrols entrances and exits.
• Other duties as assigned.
