Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years security experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills required.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire.
• Workplace violence and active shooter training or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Background/fingerprint check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all security personnel on the evening shift across multiple properties.
• Ensure posts are staffed and coverage is coordinated for call-offs and emergencies.
• Conduct routine patrols and site inspections to verify officer performance and property security.
• Serve as primary point of contact for evening shift operations.
