Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year security experience preferred.
• Valid driver license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 2 months of hire.
• Taser Certification within 90 days of hire.
• IAHSS Supervisor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent HonorHealth as the first contact point for patients, visitors, vendors, or staff and enforce policies.
• Monitor entrances and guide visitors; interact with security technologies as needed.
• Respond to emergencies; de-escalate conflicts and assist during drills and incidents.
• Report hazards or suspicious activity to leadership and maintain awareness of surroundings.
• Complete required training and participate in department safety programs.
