Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Security Ambassador to serve as the first contact point for patients, visitors and staff at its facilities. The role enforces visitor policies, greets people, and assists with navigation while coordinating with security technologies.

The position requires at least 1 year of security experience, a valid driver's license, and certifications in BLS, with TASER and IAHSs certifications preferred. Travel between facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of security experience.
• Drivers License (DL) required.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
• Taser certification within 90 days of hire.
• IAHSS Security Officer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent HonorHealth as the first contact point for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Enforce visitor policies and screening processes.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors and aid in navigation.
• Monitor entrances and interact with security technologies.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and de-escalate conflicts.
