Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to support onboarding for snow events on the 2nd shift (5pm–10pm). This part-time, remote-friendly role focuses on helping applicants complete new hire forms and coordinating hiring during surge periods.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, be able to work evenings, and be familiar with applicant tracking software and MS Office. Potential for a full-time path with training.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work evenings during snow-event windows.
• Proficient with or able to learn applicant-tracking software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Contact and assist new hires to complete forms for onboarding.
• Work part-time 2nd shift (5pm–10pm) and remote as needed.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates for multiple regions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
