Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Leadership ability and cleaning knowledge.
• Knowledge of custodial equipment and safe procedures.
• Ability to train and inspect the custodial team.
• Ability to read, write, and maintain routine records.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning assignments for team and adjust for absences.
• Order custodial supplies and follow chemical handling instructions.
• Ensure exterior maintenance is performed when appropriate.
• Handle personnel events during the evening shift and refer issues to administration.
• Ensure building security and alarm are set post-shift.
• Provide building supervision for community use as assigned.
