Job summary

Bridger School District 2 is seeking a Substitute Custodian in Bridger, Montana. The role involves keeping buildings clean, safe, and well-maintained, with afternoon-evening hours during the school year and more varied hours in summer.

The position reports to the Principal/Superintendent and requires basic custodial skills, reliability, and the ability to interact with students and staff. First Aid Cert may be preferred and a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Safety and accident prevention.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture and mop floors; clean restrooms and related areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Use power equipment and hand tools for cleaning and maintenance.
• Clean and service restrooms, windows, mirrors and fixtures.
• Lock/unlock buildings and monitor security as needed.
• Support seasonal grounds work and assist with setup for events.
