Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Operates cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Follows daily custodial work schedule prepared by administrator/Facilities Director.
• Reports vandalism or safety concerns in writing to supervisor.
• Ensures building security daily by locking doors at end of shift.
• Performs routine maintenance tasks and uses cleaning supplies efficiently.
• Cleans classrooms, restrooms and common areas thoroughly.
• Maintains good working relationships with staff and students.
