Qualifications

• Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must obtain MN Specialist boiler license to get Class 2 pay plus the Shift Differential.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for district facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Perform housekeeping, cleaning, and floor care in classrooms, restrooms and hallways.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs.
• Support kitchen staff and stock storerooms.
• Monitor building automation controls and security systems.
• Report vandalism and safety concerns; respond to inquiries from staff and students.
