Queen Creek Unified District seeks a Maintenance/Custodial professional to ensure district facilities are cleaned to standard at Gateway Polytechnic Academy. The role requires the ability to perform heavy cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.

The position is 40 hours weekly with a two-person team schedule, and candidates must pass a background check and obtain fingerprint clearance. Benefits are provided per district policy.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Arizona driver's license.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Must pass a background clearance and obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as described in the job description.

Responsabilidades

• Dust mop, sweep, and wet mop hard surface floors.
• Vacuum clean rugs and carpets.
• Scrub and clean bathroom fixtures and keep supplied.
• Clean walls, doors, windows, and woodwork.
• Clean elevators and stairwells.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Notify janitorial site lead of equipment and facilities needing repairs or replacement.
