Qualifications

• Willingness to work 260 days per year and be on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide custodial services for all district facilities.
• Respond to spills and accidents requiring custodial attention.
• Clean light fixtures, report supply needs, and maintain closets in order.
• Assist maintenance personnel and perform special tasks as assigned by Head Custodian.
• Snow removal during daytime shifts and apply sand or salt to exterior areas.
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment safely and report repairs.
