Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates teamwork and reliability.
• physically capable of custodial tasks including cleaning and moving furniture.

Responsibilities

• Keeps assigned building neat and clean at all times.
• Reports repairs or supplies needed and any damage.
• Maintains communication with supervisor regarding schedules.
• Remains on premises, wears uniform, and displays ID during school hours.
• Opens/closes buildings daily and ensures doors/windows are secured.
• Moves furniture/equipment as directed for activities.
• Follows procedures for trash disposal and grounds upkeep.
