Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs, occasionally 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• Maintain building security and perform end-of-shift checks.
• Perform carpentry and furniture setup as needed.
• Maintain floors including stripping, waxing, refinishing.
• Perform snow removal and lawn/landscaping as required.
• Unload/load deliveries and set up equipment for events.
• Provide supplies and materials as needed.
• Oversee groups using the building per principal's directions.
• Return building to set-up after events.
• Report hazards to Head Custodian.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.
