HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a FT - PM Room Attendant at The Madison Hotel in Washington, D.C. to join our housekeeping team. You will clean and stock guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining HEI's high cleanliness standards.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs, and work weekends/holidays. We offer comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and a culture that values teamwork and service.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms overhead to reach high areas.
• Must be willing to pitch in and help coworkers as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.

Responsabilités

• Clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens; lift bedspreads up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Push/pull vacuum and restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve and restock rooms and restock heavy cart.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and sign completion.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
