Job summary

Le Meridien Washington D.C., The Madison Hotel is seeking a full-time PM Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. This role includes shifts on weekends and holidays and is responsible for cleaning and stocking guest rooms while delivering prompt, courteous service to uphold HEI Hotels and Resorts’ high cleanliness standards.

You will maintain room readiness, follow safety and cleaning procedures, and support coworkers as part of a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub surfaces and clean bathrooms efficiently.
• Willingness to pitch in and help coworkers as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and safe operation of equipment.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, and floors in guest rooms.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safe chemical handling.
• Strip beds and change linens up to heavy loads.
• Dust furniture, shelves, and window ledges.
• Operate vacuum and replenish amenities in rooms.
• Sign keys, retrieve rooms, and restock supplies.
• Maintain regular attendance and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
